Do I need to give staff or clients access to the WordPress admin?
No.
VOLIXTA is fully designed for frontend use. Staff, clients, and even managers can manage everything via dedicated shortcodes — without accessing the WordPress backend.
Are the shortcode pages secure?
Yes.
All VOLIXTA shortcode pages are automatically role-aware.
Only authorized users can access the content. Unauthorized users will see a custom “Access Denied” message.
How can I control what actions a user can perform?
Use VOLIXTA’s Permission Levels under
Settings > Data & Permission Management.
This lets you define exactly which actions each user type (employee, client) is allowed to do
What happens when I add a new staff member?
Once an employee is added and assigned the “Employee” role, they automatically gain access to their private dashboard via [volixta_employee_profile] — no backend access needed.
What can clients do from the frontend?
