Automatic and manual emails for bookings, invoices, credits, and promotions — sent to clients, staff, and managers.

VOLIXTA includes a complete notification system that works both automatically (for bookings) and manually (for financial or promotional purposes). This ensures that all parties stay informed — without needing external plugins or CRMs.

🔔 What Emails Are Sent

VOLIXTA handles the following notifications:

✅ New Booking Confirmation

Sent to:

  • Client (with full booking details)
  • Assigned staff member
  • Manager/admin

Includes:

  • Service name
  • Date & time
  • Location
  • Assigned employee
  • Package usage or payment summary (if applicable)
  • “Add to calendar” options (in client email, for WooCommerce bookings)

✏️ Rescheduled Appointment

Sent to:

  • Client
  • Assigned staff
  • Manager

Includes both the original and updated times — with a clear message about the change.

❌ Cancelled Appointment

Sent to:

  • Client
  • Assigned staff
  • Manager

Includes date, time, service name (if provided).

🧾 Manual Invoice & Payment Emails

From the Invoices section, managers can manually trigger:

  • Payment Reminders — notify clients of pending balances
  • Invoice View Requests — send a link to view and download the invoice
  • Promo Codes — send a custom discount code for a future booking

🎁 Promo Code Emails from the Credit System

From the Booking Credits & Gift System, you can also:

  • 💌 Send promotional codes to select clients
  • 🎫 Gift free credits with a custom message
  • 🛍️ Notify clients about available gift packs or rewards

This makes the Credits System a powerful tool not only for payments and refunds, but also for client loyalty and marketing campaigns — all integrated natively into your admin panel.
