That depends on your license. Each plan includes a specific number of site activations:
- Solo: 1 site
- Freelance: up to 5 sites
- Studio: up to 15 sites
- Growth, Agency, Elite: up to 250 sites
You can manage and transfer activations at any time through your account.

📧 How long is support included?
Every license of VOLIXTA includes 1 to 5 years of premium support, depending on your plan. Support is handled by email, with a fixed number of tickets per year. You’ll get:
- Fast responses (within 24 business hours)
- Help with setup, configuration, or feature usage
- Ticket limits that reset every year during your support period
For example: a license with 20 tickets/year and 2 years of support gives you 40 tickets total, spread over 2 years.

💰 Refund Policy
Yes — we offer a 14-day refund policy in case of technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Refunds are only available if the plugin was used on a supported environment (WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+), and our team has attempted to solve the problem.
Refunds are not granted for change of mind, misconfiguration, or third-party conflicts.
