Clients Can:
- View their credit balance in the client portal ([volixta_customer_profile])
- Use available credits during the booking process

Managers/Admins Can:
- Manually add or subtract credits from a customer’s wallet via their profile
- Create promo codes (gift codes with a credit value)
- Send promo codes to selected clients individually
- Apply promo codes to a specific client’s account (without requiring manual redemption)

You can create gift codes that act as credit vouchers:
- Go to the Credits section
- Click Add a Promo Code

Clients can redeem the code from their portal to instantly add credits to their account.
