VOLIXTA Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The VOLIXTA Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote eligible products and earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their referrals.

Participation is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliates earn a fixed commission of 20% of eligible sales, unless otherwise expressly stated by us.

A commission is earned only when a qualifying purchase is successfully attributed to the Affiliate through an approved affiliate link, promotional code, or other tracking method made available through the program.

Commissions may remain pending until the applicable validation or refund period has passed.

A sale qualifies for commission when:

• The customer completes an eligible purchase through an approved Affiliate referral.
• Payment has been successfully received.
• The transaction has not been refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back.
• The transaction complies with these Affiliate Terms.

We reserve the right to reject commissions resulting from fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise invalid transactions.

If a qualifying sale is subsequently refunded, cancelled, disputed, or charged back, the corresponding commission may be cancelled or deducted from the Affiliate’s available or future commission balance.

No commission is payable on refunded or invalid transactions.

The commission amount displayed as approved in the Affiliate Dashboard represents the total and maximum amount payable for that payout. No VAT, GST, sales tax, or other tax will be added to the approved commission amount.

Payments are made by international SWIFT bank transfer.

Any fees charged by the Affiliate’s receiving bank, intermediary banks, or currency conversion services are the responsibility of the Affiliate and may be deducted from the amount ultimately received.

We are not responsible for banking, intermediary, or currency conversion fees associated with the transfer.

Where an invoice is required, the Affiliate must provide a valid invoice whose total amount corresponds to the approved payout amount before payment can be processed.

Affiliates are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, invoicing, reporting, and other fiscal obligations applicable in their country or jurisdiction.

Approved commissions are paid once the Affiliate’s approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of €300.

Commissions below the minimum payout threshold will remain in the Affiliate’s account and be carried forward until the threshold is reached.

We may delay a payment where additional verification, payment information, or documentation is reasonably required.

The Affiliate Program may use affiliate links, promotional codes, cookies, local tracking technologies, or other attribution methods to identify qualifying referrals.

A commission will only be awarded when the transaction can be successfully attributed to the Affiliate through the program’s tracking system.

The Affiliate is responsible for correctly using the links, codes, and promotional tools provided through the program.

Affiliates must promote VOLIXTA in a lawful, accurate, and professional manner.

Affiliates must not:

• Make false or misleading claims about VOLIXTA or its products.
• Impersonate VOLIXTA or represent themselves as an employee or official representative of VOLIXTA.
• Use spam or unsolicited communications.
• Generate fraudulent or artificial clicks, referrals, or purchases.
• Use misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, or similar attribution manipulation.
• Promote VOLIXTA through illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Use VOLIXTA trademarks, brand names, or confusingly similar terms in paid advertising without prior authorization.
• Purchase through their own affiliate link or otherwise generate self-referrals unless expressly permitted by VOLIXTA.

Affiliate promotional codes may only be used and distributed in accordance with the instructions provided through the program.

Affiliates may not create, advertise, or distribute unauthorized VOLIXTA discount codes.

We may modify, deactivate, or withdraw promotional codes when necessary.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or other similar relationship between the Affiliate and HELLO SITE LLC.

Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, and legal obligations.

We may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, misuse of the VOLIXTA brand, manipulation of tracking systems, or other conduct that may harm us, our customers, the VOLIXTA brand, or the Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate may stop participating in the program at any time.

Valid approved commissions earned before termination may remain payable, subject to these terms. Fraudulent or invalid commissions may be cancelled.

We may modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, eligible products, payment methods, payout thresholds, attribution rules, and these Affiliate Terms.

Material changes will be communicated or published through the VOLIXTA website or Affiliate Dashboard where appropriate.

Changes will apply prospectively according to the communicated effective date.

We do not guarantee any minimum level of traffic, referrals, conversions, commissions, or earnings from participation in the Affiliate Program.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program or from third-party payment services.

By applying for and participating in the VOLIXTA Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
